ASA Trip to McDonald Observatory - Spring 2011
As a reward for all of their remarkable work this year, the ASA were supported for a trip to McDonald Observatory in May. They spent their evenings observing and each student received hands-on experience with the telescopes. Check out their amazing astrophotography of such objects as the Omega Nebula, Saturn, Whirlpool Galaxy and Eagle Nebula.
