Info for Poster Presenters
The poster is limited to a maximum size of 4 ft by 4 ft (48
inch x 48 inch). Posters will be set up in the same room where the
talks,
and coffee breaks will be held: the Santa Rita room, 3.502, Third Level
[level map], at the Texas Union
Building (UNB)
[campus map].
You can put up your poster on the morning of the first day as of 8am, or
during breaks. We will provide easels that can fit 4 posters each.
Please
put your poster on the easel slot which has your name tag on it. Pins
will be provided by the LOC.
Tip: We recommend that you include a picture of yourself on the poster
in order to make it easier for participants to locate you.
