1. The LOC will provide free shuttle to transport participants to the conference venue ONLY for participants staying at the Radisson and Extended Stay. Those staying elsewhere will need to arrange for their own transportation. The conference venue is the Texas Union Building (UNB) on the University of Texas campus, at the corner of 24th and Guadalupe.
2. Please book your hotel rooms as soon as possible. The highly discounted rates we negotiated will no longer be available after OCTOBER 10TH for the Radisson and after OCTOBER 31ST for the Extended Stay.
