The black curve in the above plot shows data taken on the star GD 358 with the Nordic Telescope (NOT) in May/June 2006 in the recent WET/DARC run. The red curve is a 12-frequency fit to this data in which a time-dependent response of the convection zone has been included. The values of the convective parameters which were derived are tau = 611 sec, N = 23.8, and theta = 50.5 degrees. For a movie of this solution, click here.
