I am a Physics and Electrical Engineering undergraduate. My research interests include analyzing and modeling electromagnetic wave propagation. I work as a research assistant at the Institute for Geophysics, Jackson School of Geosciences under Dr. Jack Holt. My group is part of the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter Science team and is assigned to the SHAllow RADar (SHARAD) radar instrument. I am working on simulating surface radar echoes as detected by SHARAD, and modeling 3-dimensional stratigraphy based on SHARAD data. For my research, I utilize radar data from SHARAD, laser altimetry data from the Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter (MOLA), and elevation data from the High Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC).
