Conference proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics, and will be edited by the conference organizers. Its cost is included in the registration fee. Speakers giving invited reviews will be asked to write a proceedings article that is a maximum of 8 pages long while those giving invited and contributed talks will be asked to write a proceedings paper of up to 6 pages and 4 pages, respectively. Those submitting posters will be requested to contribute a proceedings paper of 1 - 2 pages. Due to constraints from AIP, all articles will be due six weeks from the end of the conference, on Friday April 23, 2010. The conference proceedings will be a 6" x 9", single-column hardbound book, and style files for the proceedings are available at this website. They will also be made available on the web when the hardbound version is published. By default, the figures in the book version will be in black and white, but the web-based will have the option of color images. AIP has informed us that it is possible to have color figures in the book version, but that it will cost extra. This expense will be incurred by the author - please email Dan if you have any questions about this. AIP also requires each author to sign a Transfer of Copyright Form, which you can either download, fill out, sign, and bring with you to the conference or complete on the spot when you register upon arrival. |
