Title: Nucleosynthesis in Hypernovae and Faint Supernovae

Author(s): Ken Nomoto

Abstract: Recent observations have revealed the existence of an extremely large diversity in the supernova properties such as brightness and spectra. I will discuss how nucleosynthetic properties in the above diversity are connected to the variation of the abundance patterns of extremely metal-poor stars. Such a connection may provide important constraints on the properties of first stars, namely, their evolution with mass accretion and aspherical nature of explosions.
