4. Attendance of Conference Events
Thanks to the McDonald Observatory and Department of Astronomy Board of Visitors Excellence Fund, we are able to subsidize many conference items and we encourage all participants to join in. Your total conference fee will include the registration fee (item A) and the optional lunch and social events (items B and C) that you pick. The LOC will contact you with your total conference dues, after you submit this form. Even if you have a fee waiver for any of the items A B C, you should still fill in the corresponding box below in order to indicate your attendance. The LOC willl apply your waiver when they process your registration form.

The subsidized registration fee of $180 will cover logistical costs and the workshop proceedings to be published in the ASP conference series.

B. Daily Lunch Buffets
In order to facilitate interactions and poster viewing, a hot themed buffet lunch is provided in the Quadrangle room adjacent to the meeting and poster rooms. The discounted price of $15/person includes the main course, salad/side-dishes, desert, drinks, as well as taxes and gratuities. See the Buffet Menu for details.

The conference dinner will be held at 8:00PM at the local favorite Fonda San Miguel restaurant. The dinner includes appetizers, a choice of main course, desert and an alcoholic beverage. Transportation will be provided.

We will provide free transportation to the Salt Lick, which specializes in local barbecue and Hill Country charm.
