NGC 7479


This galaxy is at the other end of the range from NGC 4314 for many characteristics. It is hydrogen rich. It is extremely isolated (nearest companion is over one-half degree away). Star formation occurs over the entire visible disk. It has no ILR.

Similarities include a bar containing dust lanes and star formation near the nucleus.
