McDonald Proposals Online Submission

Requests for observing time at McDonald Observatory are now accepted through our online form only. Online Submission opens concurrently with Request for Proposals, two weeks prior to the posted deadline. For HET requests, see below.

Texas share HET Phase I Online Submission

Requests for observing time on the HET, against the Texas share, are now accepted through our online form only. The most recent LaTeX template can be found on page 4 of the web form.

Users can access the online system to prepare proposals at any time. Submissions are accepted only during the 3 week period preceding each trimester due date.
