Prepare a table of ZP values based on mido photometry of a FITS image and griBVR photometry gathered from PS1. This is a revised version of zpmido_table. The primary upgrades:

1. A radial position cut is imposed for acm image to eliminate effects of stars in the vinetting area of acm images.
2. The ZP values and standard color are added to the input table file. Hence, all of the apphot data values are retained (like MeanSky) and these can be used for more extensive calibration and evaluation work downstream in the reduction.
