wcs_markII:
   Derive the WCS solution for an image based on the [X,Y,RA,DEC] 
   data in a (local) $basename.xyrd file. 

   This script is a fairly high level script that handles the solution 
   phase only. In other words, all of the gui- or catalog- based parts 
   used to establish the fitting data reside OUTSIDE of this package. 
   The job performed here is: 
     1) Use a mthod fit a transformation that will convert image 
        XY to RA,DEC on the sky. 
     2) Derive the WCS keywords for this solution and install them 
        in the image header.
