Compute Ra,Dec of image cnter based on WCS in header. An output file named "wcs_image_centers.out" will contains the (sexigecimal) Ra,Dec values. If no WCS is present, then the values will be "none none".

% wcs_image_centers --help    

Usage: wcs_image_centers list.1 N  
arg1 - List of FITS images (that should have WCS) 
arg2 - run in verbose/debug mode (Y/N)
