Compile statistics for the tables compiled in a case="FixedRegions" run of the d9s_imstats_fitslist code. This is a csoe that processes images in an input list with ds9_imstats_markII. When case="FixedRegions" the user sets ds9 markers on the first image. Then all subsequent images are measured using this same regions set. This code compile statistics for a given table parameters for all of these regions.
