Build a table of times for PAS images listed in a file.

% table_PAS_times.sh --help    
% table_PAS_times.sh list.in PASTIMES N    

Usage: table_PAS_times.sh list.1 PASTIMES N 
arg1 - name of file listing PAS  FITS images (can be full path) 
arg2 - basename of table file to be built  
arg3 - run in debug or verbose mode (Y/N)
