Process a list of FITS images to derive mean sky surface brightness values and moon properties. Install these values in the FITS images and archive the results into the CAT subdirectory (i.e. ./local_red/CAT).

arg1 - Name of file with list of FITS images (can be full path)
arg2 - run in debug mode (Y/N)
