Use the source boxes derived with a run of image_catalogs to create a "packed" sky images and derive a robust estimate of the sky statistics. A final normalized image (skymap2.fits) is created and the basic sky statistics are written to a local file named skymap2.out. Thie routine is now used in phot2 to establish the mean sky level.
