This script (sit = Shuffle Interactive Tool) allows the user to quickly see shuffle results and then run a gstar-like tool to select probe stars in each of the 4 probes sequentially (gc1 first, followed by wf1, gc2, wf2).
% sit Usage: sit 272 273 E arg1 - htop index for first pointing arg2 - htop index for second pointing arg3 - meridian direction % sit --help sit: Shuffle Interactive Tool This is used to read the target_setup shuffle files and derive candidate jumpstars. Usage: sit 272 273 E arg1 - htop index for first pointing arg2 - htop index for second pointing arg3 - meridian direction You will be queried about displaying the shuffle finding charts. When the gstar-like display opens you will be stepped through the process of selecting targets for gc1, wf1, gc2, wf2 (in that order). After the last probe star is set you will be shown the first 3 lines in the HETcommands file, and the mgp line needed to set the probes on the stars you have just selected.
