Takes as input an Ra,Dec in sexigecimal format. Print theses values out in a uniform format (using 4 decimal places in the seconds values). Also see cdsex.sh and sexcd.sh.

Usage: sexform_cleanup 01:17:31.166640 +53:20:41.748000  
arg1 - RA in sexigecimal format 
arg2 - DEC in sexigecimal format
