Interpret the name of a PAS image. This is a rather high-level routine that can provide one piece of information or a whole slew of parameters.

 
% pasinfo -h 

usage: pasinfo 20200530T020839.0_056LU_twi.fits basename [-v] [-h] 
arg1 = image name (can be fullpath)  
arg2 = property to be retieved (can be "all")  
Additional options: 
  -h = just show usage message  
  -v = run in verbose/debug mode
