Build a local "id.objects" file from a ds9 regions file. This can then be used to run mido.sh. In addition, as of Dec2015, this code also creates the file "id.regions", which contains the original line of the ds9 regions file with an output written to id.objects. With "id.regions" we can save the exact ds9 region marker information saved for each region marker processed by a codes like mido.sh. The advantage, besides quick replotting using lines drawn directly from the *.info file, is that we can save extra information not normally stored by my early ds9 regions routines (line font size, font type, line width etc....).
