Combine two mask files using a logical operation (and,or).

% masklogic.sh --help    
Usage: masklogic.sh mask1 mask2 and maskout N
arg1 - input mask file 1 
arg2 - input mask file 2 
arg3 - logical operation (and,or)   
arg4 - output mask file name 
arg5 - run in debug/verbose mode
