In mid-March 2019 I began to notice some peculiar aspects of running ds9 via the lmap routine. Moreover, I found some problems witn source code versions used to perform lrs2 bias subtraction. Finally, a lot of the scripts used by lmap were older and did not have the debug option specified with a command line argument, soemthing I have been trying to do rigorously for the past year. Hence, in lat Mar2019 I undertook a systematic upgrade of lmap to address these and other issues.
