A script to install my html documents.

% install_scohtm --help 

Help Information for:  install_scohtm

Usage: install_scohtm Y 
arg1 - run in verboce interactive mode?  (Y/N)

install_scohtm:
  Intsall a new webpage set that is stored in a tarball in $pack. 
When the run completes a copy of the old webpage set is in  the 
$scohome/scohtm_old/ and the contents of the newly installed pages
are in "$scohome/scohtm_backup.tar.UNPACK".
