A routine that returns gstar-related paramters values (one at a time). The gola (as of Jan27,2017) is to have all gstar codes use this single script to access parameter values.

gspars:
  Return requested gstar-related parameter values. This is the 
  one routine that must be adjusted with new paramters used by 
  gstar codes (gstar2,lrs2g,fgstar,hot,...) after a change has 
  occurred. Such a change is made after a takedown of the FPA. 

A typical use: 
% gspars acmscal  
0.2709   acmscal

To see a list of recognized parameter names: 
% gspars newparm   
 -999.000  newparm
