Process the acm images from a given date. The bias information will be constructed form available bais images from that night. If no bias frames are available, then a default data set is retrieved and used. A master dark frame for the acm is used for dark subtraction. The final processed images will be dumped to ./local_red/FIXUP.

Usage: do_acm_night 20190206 Y N 
arg1 - UT date to be processed 
arg2 - Allo interactive querie if needed (Y/N) 
arg3 - run in verbose/debug mode
