Collect a single set of PAS images in a UT time interval.

Usage: collect_pas_timeset acm acmALL C 07:20:30.0 07:22:47.0  N 
arg1 - image type (acm,gc1,gc2,bib)   
arg2 - basename of the full night tbale file (i.e. acmALL) 
arg3 - position name   
arg4 - UT in sexigecimal fomat at start of time window  
arg5 - UT in sexigecimal fomat at end of time window  
arg6 - run in debug mode? (Y/N)
