Build a table file using the contents of a cdfp file.

 
% cdfp2table --help   

Usage: cdfp2table basename N 
arg1 = Baseame of the cdfp file (A1 for A1.cdfp)
arg2 = run in debug/verbose mode 

% ls ZP* 
ZP.cdfp  

% cdfp2table ZP N 

% ls ZP* 
ZP.cdfp  ZP.params  ZP.table
