arg1 - base name input images
arg2 - run in debug/verbose mode

A typical run on mcs might be:
[astronomer@mcs ~]$ biblook /hetdata/data/ImageQuality/20191029/Bib/20191029_0910_1017.tiff N 

Note: You do not absoutely need the last argument, and hence could make the same run with:
[astronomer@mcs ~]$ biblook /hetdata/data/ImageQuality/20191029/Bib/20191029_0910_1017.tiff
