Make a table file from a 1-d file such as that made with the code survey_headers.sh.

Usage: 1d2table tabmake.out tabmake.params list.images EX2 Y  
arg1 = name of 1-d file (like that from rc3_table_make)       
arg2 = name of params file for 1-d file                       
arg3 = name of corresponding image list (can be none)         
arg4 = basename of output file (e.g. B1 for B1.table)         
arg5 = Run in verbose/debug mode (Y/N)
