To get the data, right-click (PC) or ctrl-click (Mac) and save the FITS file to disk. If you would like to have a file in another format (like JPG), open the FITS file in ImageJ, adjust the brightness and contrast until you are happy, then save the image as a JPG.
You can make a color image using instructions such as these. Use the B band for blue, V-band for green, and R-band for red. For images without an R-band, use the B for blue, the V for red, and the BV for green (I created this by taking the square root of the product of the B and V images). You may want to change your images to a logarithmic stretch before combining them for more pleasing colors. (In ImageJ, go to Process -- Math -- Log).
Each image is about 16 MB in size; images of the same object have been aligned to make assembling color images simpler.
