About Me:
Hello internet. I'm currently a fifth year astronomy graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin. I use a wide range of tools, primarily numerical simulations, to study the
era of the First Stars, Galaxies, and the Cosmic Dark Ages. I am jointly advised by Volker Bromm and
Milos Milosavljevic.
I grew up in Los Angeles, California, and received my B.S. in astrophysics from UCLA in 2007. After a brief stint in the field of radiation safety, I moved to Austin in 2008 to pursue my Ph.D in astronomy. In my ample spare time, I enjoy cooking, rock climbing, teaching, playing piano, volleyball, tennis, and writing brief autobiographical facts for use on my personal website.
