Abstract

Advanced Camera for Surveys has increased the number of debris disks resolved in scattered light by a factor of three. We will discuss recent observations obtained with ACS GTO and GO programs, and show how these observations reveal a range of disk morphologies, many of which suggest the presence of recently formed planetary systems. We will discuss these observations in the context of planetary system formation and highlight future opportunities for progress in this field.
