Hotel

A&M Guests will be staying at the Radisson downtown, located at E 1st Street and Congress Avenue. Room and parking are paid for by UT. Parking has unlimited in and out privileges if you wish to leave the hotel.

Transportation

Saturday transportation will be through Super Shuttle. The morning shuttle will leave the Radisson at 8:40. The evening shuttle will leave campus at 5:45. Please do not plan on driving to campus, as it is a home football game day and parking will be scarce.
Sunday transportation will not be provided. Click here for the directions to the building. Parking can be found along Dean Keeton Street, Speedway, or in the Speedway Garage.
The meeting will take place in room 15.216B of the RLM building. Once at the building take the elevator from the ground floor (4) to the 15th floor. Proceed down the hallway to the sign-in table, and from there to the classroom.
Please arrive on time on Sunday, as the ground floor doors will be locked once the meeting begins.

Lunch will be provided on site Saturday.
